Connect with Russian language and
culture lovers in Brooklyn!

The 4th Ave Brooklyn Russian Language Meet-up Group is a place where people of different backgrounds and levels of expertise in the Russian language can make new friends.  Meet-ups are an excellent way to connect with people in a casual and informal atmosphere.

There are many Russian speaking people in Brooklyn from different parts of the world. Everyone has a story to contribute, memories to cherish, interests to share and a future to dream about. 

In discussions with a Russian speaking people I often hear that there is a great need to socialize and spend more time to get to know neighbors, meet new friends or just have a conversation that goes beyond the traditional "hello!" and "how are you?". Attending several Russian meet-ups throughout the city I met many wonderful and interesting people and had a fantastic time. 

This group welcomes all who call Russian their native language, all who are interested in learning Russian, all who are planning to travel to Russia, people of Russian descent, and all who enjoy the Russian culture, movies, music and art.

I'm amazed by the beauty of the Russian language and culture and want to stay connected to it. I'm positive about The 4th Avenue Brooklyn Russian Language Meet-up Group as a place where people of different backgrounds and different levels of expertise in Russian language skills can come together to socialize.

We usually meet Thursday nights from 7 PM - 10 PM in a comfortable setting with food and refreshments.
